As we are getting married on the beautiful island of Isole di Brissago, you must take the scheduled ship 911
from Ascona (Lago) at 15:10 at the latest. Of course you can also arrive earlier and explore the island.
Please be at the Eucalyptus Garden, where the wedding ceremony will take place, at least 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony!
The return journey takes place the same night at approx. 01:00 with a privately chartered boat to Ascona.
Event Location
We are getting married on August 2nd 2024 on the beautiful Isole di Brissago in Ticino (yes, another island 😉). You will travel to the island independently by boat. (public transport). The return journey will be on the same night at around 01:00 am with a chartered boat to Ascona. If you would be in Ascona on August 1st 2024 already, we can toast to Switzerland together. On August 3rd 2024, we would be delighted if we could enjoy another lunch together in or around Ascona.
Accommodation
It's best to book a hotel or Airbnb in and around Ascona, as the return journey from the island will be to Ascona.
What to Wear
Festive. If you like to wear something according to your family tradition (e.g. kilt, sari, etc.), you are very welcome.

Gifts
Actually, we already have everything, especially each other and you.
Since we will all be celebrating together on an island, we ask you to refrain from bringing physical gifts for organizational reasons.
Travel
One thing that is high on our wish list, however, is traveling.
We love to travel, visit faraway countries and different cultures and occasionally dip our feet into the sea!
If you like, we would be happy to receive a financial contribution.

What is happening the day befor and after the wedding?
Dinner on 01. August 2024

For all those who have registered with us for the August 1st dinner, we have made a reservation at Casa Berno at Via Gottardo Madonna 15 in 6612 Ascona. There will be a special August 1st dinner. Of course there will also be vegetarian and vegan dishes.
This Dinner will start at 7:00 pm.
Lunch on 03. August 2024
1:00 pm
For all those who have registered for lunch on the day after the wedding, we have made a reservation at the Locanda del Sole an der Piazza Giuseppe Motta 35 in 6612 Ascona, right outside next to the lake. There is a lunch menu until around 2:00 pm and a snack menu afterwards. We have made a reservation here for 1:00 pm.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover these two meals and drinks financially, as much as we would like to.

My best friend from Berlin with the greatest dessert baking skills. We met at the Zurich Film Festival. How could it be any other way – at an aperitif with lots of other actors.
Her baking skills regularly force us to stop Severino from eating everything at once.
She studied acting in New York and works, next to acting, part-time as a process specialist at Sparda-Bank Berlin.
You can steal horses with her, chase swans in a canoe ;o), hide and search for chocolate bunnies, laugh out loud and enjoy a Hugo after another in the garden, have interesting conversations and exchange good advice.
I am happy and honoured to have Nadine as my super organized and lovely maid of honour.

My best buddy from drama school! A bundle of energy and a whirlwind who can dance on any dance floor – and not just in the figurative sense.
He is the fangirl numero uno of BTS and Michael Jackson, rarely at a loss for an answer and we always have a lot of fun together.
Of course, the two of us also manage to be serious from time to time and sometimes even ponder more profound things.
Still an actor at heart, he currently works as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management at Credit Suisse and is in the process of taking over UBS ;o).
I am delighted that he has accepted the promotion from Best Buddy to Best Man and the new challenge that comes with it, and that he is accompanying and actively supporting me on this journey.

You’re probably wondering how we ended up in this situation.

Little did she know when she followed Severino to the top of the volcano Chinyero in Tenerife to enjoy the picnic they had brought with them (yes, both were very hungry). But all she really had to do was add up a few clues: they were on an island again (in the Maldives in summer, despite many people’s suspicions, there was no proposal), Severino was behaving a little strangely that day and despite prohibition signs (because it was a nature reserve, nevertheless there were already some paths in this area) he was determined to get to the top of the volcano. Today she knows why.
Severino Negri
He likes to tell the story of how he proposed to Patricia on top of a volcano, soaring through the smoke of the volcano on a rope ladder underneath a helicopter. But he actually had the worst stage fright of his life. Of course, Patricia couldn’t say „no“ after a delicious picnic and a marvellous view. But he didn’t know that yet.
